Shipping policy

Send as a gift: Choose this option if you want to send a gift to a third person. To make this choice, when you are about to complete your order at checkout, choose the address you want to send the gifts. If this address is not listed in your account, add a new address and tick the send as a gift box. Delivery cost and time will be like the ones you have when choosing to pay by card or Paypal as in the case of gifts, you cannot choose 'cash on delivery'. The gift recipient's personal details will not be used by our company for any reason than to send the package. The receipt of the order will be sent to you by email so that it's not included in the gift. His/her address will be saved in your profile and you can decide whether to keep it or not. In case of a return, the credit balance will be loaded in your account.

 

* Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered from Monday there onwards.

* In case of national holidays, there might be a temporary shipping delay.
